What Are the Biggest Opportunities in Computing Education?
One of the biggest kind of shifts that most you know universities are missing is the shift to software as a server so basically software being delivered through the cloud somehow and this is happening everywhere whether it's just a user facing app like google drive or a sales force. What other areas do you feel that folks could sort of emphasize in computing education to really ensure that computer science graduates are well equipped with all the capabilities to be to develop and deploy end-to-end systemsYeah great question yeah i actually would love to have a class where you teach about these things but also a class where they actually like deploy a service on day one and then it has to keep operating and serving requests throughout the semester.
