Are Physicians Considering a Career Change?
On the physicians side, we do have some long standing data in back to about 20 12. But turnover has stayed around seven to eight % annually. I will say that we're seeing some data showing across the last year or so there may be a little bit more movement due to coved your seeing more physicians actually acting on that discontent.
