We hold everyone back when we disempower them with their mental health, says Dr. Sanjay Gupta. Most of what actually supports our mental health is free and not being marketed to us because nobody stands to make money if we go to bed earlier or do a breathing exercise in the middle of the night. But I also want to be really real around the fact that I say this from a place of privilege. And even if you can't do everything, start somewhere.
