What Does Dissatisfaction Look Like?

How do we know whether or not our users are satisfied now? And i don't like surveys for this. I would want the team going out and doing one on one research. We need to make sure that the right metrix, not even just agreeing on what the words mean, but that these are even the right words at all to measure. That's an important part of getting this right.
