Stuart: I would highly recommend reading or taking a look at the clinical practice guidelines on the treatment of hypone, a tremia. They're very easy to follow and they have a nice flow chart for you to use. Those patients are asymptomatic with high risk of hip falls and fractures. And usually they're all little ladies because we know that this patient is not so worried about this kind of thing. Stuart: You can watch their urine osmolality go from 1200 to 800 to 600 to 400. As an osmolability goes down, you know that S I D H is becoming less intense.
