Do You Have Any Old School Remedies for Frozen Shoulders?

i'm german, irish. We just sit there and take it whatever's happened to us. I would love to hear your remedies. For some physical shit am, you know, having dealt with frozen shoulder in my right and left arms,. i am now sesd with keeping my my shoulders free from getting all bound up. The only thing that i know that iv learn that helped settle your stomach after a big meal was these apper tiefs or liquors.
