Gacy's Crawl Space Was Used as a Dumping Ground
For years after his conviction, Gacy claimed that the bodies found in his crawl space were a part of something much bigger than just him. John Norman and Philip Pasky may have been making snuff films of young boys getting murdered then using Gacy's crawl space as a dumping ground. To me, they were pimping them off. They were selling them. It doesn't seem too far-fetched to me.
