John Kabat-Zinn is professor of medicine emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He founded the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society in 1995. In 1979, it's world-renowned mindfulness-based stress reduction and BSR clinic. His latest book, published in 2023, is Mindfulness Meditation for Pain Relief.
