There's no point in doing machine learning, dumping it on the client unless there can be some learning. My problem with the advertising ecosystem now is that on the advertiser side, I do not see much sophistication or appetite to go against the tide. Do we need to educate the advertiser? Are you ready to play along with the advertiser as things stand today?I think there's a slow movement. Some of the most enlightened agencies have created pretty big testing frameworks or at least questionnaires, et cetera. But they're not testing enough,. partly because there's a disconnect between the strategy people, the sit-and-center of a big agency and the campaign managers.
