Finance is so complex that people feel they can't trust the financial system. We are trying to make investments in risky projects where exposed, sorry, ex-unter people are exposed to a lot of risk. And then unless you are relatively sophisticated about finance, it's often very difficult to understand whether someone did something wrong and untoward or we just got unlucky. The more I understand it, the more I realize how little I know about it; there's so many rabbit holes here.
