How to Respond to 10,000 Emails
"There's no limit to how much stuff we can get," says John Sutter. Set aside a half hour twice a week to respond to really cool emails from people, he suggests. "I think there's going to be a long tail of getting rid of email and it's still the best way to communicate certain kinds of things."
