The largest holdings in one's portfolio shall not be those that offer the highest return, but instead the ones with low risk and above average returns. I it has to be more than just the pricing of the share because sometimes the stocks our companies tay run ahead of the underlying performance of the companies. The best way to learn how to size positionss is to learn by experience. And i think thereis no no right or wrong diversification even though financial theoris as that most of these unsystematic risk is diversified when you reach 20 25 stocks.
