The Importance of Being Not Racist

Roger Hochschild is the CEO and President of Discover Financial Services. He attended a talk by historian Ibram X. Kendi in which he was convinced that Discover needed to do more. Amazon built their new headquarters in Northern Virginia suburbs, just outside Washington, D.C. But with all the talk in corporate America about equity and inclusion, this choice struck Hochschild as slightly off.
