The K-12 School Shooting Database

The K-12 school shooting database which has tracked US shootings on school grounds since 1970 says that shootings by a child on campus is extremely rare. Since 1970 more than 200 employees have been shot on school properties including 167 teachers, 44 principals, 44 vice principals or assistant principals,. 59 other staff members, and 18 school bus drivers.
