Is Earth Going to Lose Its Atmosphere?

The Earth's atmosphere is mostly nitrogen, like 78%, 20% oxygen and 1% argon. The moon doesn't have life on it; so it didn't get to keep that atmosphere around. Is there a physics definition for when your atmosphere ends? Kelly Wallace: "I'm not sure we're really learning anything through that argument"
