There is e, i would like to make a distinction between a moslem majority area and a ghetto. Moslems have traditionally lived here because they were scared of living anywhere else. A mumbra outside bombay emerges after a incident communal violence. In the okla region you find this huge presence of police in plain clothes. They are basically spies from the intelligence agencies. These are places that have developed because law enforcement agencies have not acted on time. The government has not done anything to prevent this sort of er e, pervasive fear from taking grip over the people.
