How to Improve Your Life With Habits

I started out all over the place, like writing about everything about habits. I'm still way too wide. The three categories that I focus on today are fitness after 40 to alcohol-free living and then third is like habits routines and motivations. And it's been kind of interesting to watch what's resonated and what's not on the alcohol free side. Just because a data point performs well doesn't mean that you have to double down on it. It's just an option.
