A delusion is also a thought insertion. And this is inserted into your mind by an external source or an entity where you get an idea based on another person and then you begin thinking down that idea and going down that path. A high-persensitive person are people who are very overly empathetic or compassionate and they read into people's feelings. Also eco defenses, someone who's actually defensive, they place a persona and anything that doesn't relate to the persona they will deflect. They're venting to themselves about what they hate about themselves.
