The Five Dimensions of Well-Being
Do you know the language of your emotions, how they show up for you? What's beneath the surface of your emotions? Are you able to process them and to express them? Or do you kind of just stuff them down? That's the emotional part of the mental and emotional dimension. Then we have the wisdom dimension that is all about your inner wisdom,. How you listen to that wisdom, how you access it in the present moment. And then finally, the bliss dimension. It's all about connection. Being connected to yourself, to the fullest, the truest expression of who you are.
