The first level is that when we have 15 people up here saying, hey, I want to be a part of this local expression of the body of Christ as the church is growing,. That's a good thing, not a bad thing. But the problems come when there is growth in a church without growth in the people in the church. And so it's also good for us to be checking regularly.
