How to Prepare for a Culture Shift at a Company

When you arrive to a new job, it's a culture shock. You have no idea who these people are. Your onboarding week at a company is like bootcamp for that company. Anybody who's good who wants to work in an environment like that is going to go take a job at a place that has that environment and anybody who's toxic and doesn't want to play with the team will stick around.
