I think Long Island Bar is the bar that if you would ask the majority of, especially writers in the drink space, they would tell you is the best bar in New York. They took a historic bar and basically revitalized it and brought it back to life. It's just been this really amazing solid bar, which is I think a bar that other bars around the country actually do and should aspire to.
