How Do You Train Your Running?

A lot of my running progressions involve holding, like, a really light weight. And we'll have some disssociation of the ribs while they're running forward. So ind other ward, their upper body looks like they're running sideways, but their lower bodyis running straight. I love that, cause it seems like some do just have that figured out. But now you can kind of actually train it a bit. It's almost like you go beyond what they're capable of at super high speeds because of a joint.
