Is There a Cultural Reason Why Traditional Companies Haven't Issued Centa Programmes?

Do you think there's a cultural reason why traditional companies haven't issued these actual equity based in centa programmes? Like, i mean, thinking that a board of directors for cocacola or pepsy or unilever would have you is going to issue you nont meat equity for popping open a cant of cokue just seems so remote. I'd love to see more new companiesd and look, i i'm sure there's some rules or regulations in traditional finance that prohibits this that i don't even know about. But, but it's a concept that should at least be explored.
