The Vote Will Plant New Full Size Nuclear Reactors

Jim Meggs: The vote will plant, there's actually two reactors there. They're a design called the Westinghouse AP 1000 Westinghouse. He says this is either the last gasp of the traditional large nuclear reactor approach to make electric power soon to be superseded by these much smaller factory built modular reactors. Or it's a, a, it hints at a return to a strategy that will include new full size reactors and still provide about 19% of our electricity in the US.
