Self compassion means that you're kind, is opposed to judgmental towards yourself. It also means that you feel connected to humanity. And then the third component, as i mentioned, his mindfulness. The three components are unkindness, common humanity and mindfulness. These are actually simple things we can doi. They're just hard to remember to do them.
