Earlier in the process when you spoke to other entrepreneurs and advisors you got a wide range everything from a million dollars per engineer developer your business would be worth the five times revenue ten times revenue like what was your reaction to the offers because those are pretty lofty numbers. For me it was really about judging the entire package and the entire package is not just this one sum it's it has so much more to it than that. So there's a cash component there's part of your proceeds paid in equity in the acquiring company and then there's the earn out.
