How Do You Think About Your First 90 Days?
When you go into a new job, you expect that your manager is going to have a plan for you. And so both parties are kind of expecting the other person to have a system in place. So i targeted the book more towards yoar, the person starting the job, rather than the manager. I love the idea of almost kin going through the book with your manager and getting ther input on which sections they think will be important. That will tell help them a lot as well.
