At the smithsonian, they have, or they had, quite a large collection of a skeletons from overseas as well. So many anthropological collections that also date back into colonial times,. even if at the time, they may have been acquired through legal means which most certainly is a rat fag nowadays. I think, at i wouldn't want to work with with bones from such collections if it's not toward repatriation.
