The Blue Check on Twitter

CNN's John Sutter admits to being a Twitter user, but he doesn't tweet very much. He says the check mark thing is almost like a signal for who to ignore. The translate tweet function almost never works anymore as far as he has seen. Video video players are just like completely broken with stuttery video that just doesn't work.
