Kyle: I pulled the muscle of my back on the treadmill on monday and it's been getting slowly better throughout the day. There was a weird phase like my late 30s where my back was just tight all the time. Now if i'm not feeling great i just go really slow extra stretching maybe 15 20 minutesReally slowing a treadmill or an elliptical machine but then i'll go through whatever work that i was gonna do focusing on not putting myself in a compromising position.
