Catharsis Is an Interesting Idea

In philosophy, i think hat it may be known as the problem of tragedy, o anaesthetics. And one of them is that this is a way to maybe experience an emotion is very similar to, but not quite the real thing when you're experiencing it. Ah, and so it's rihts, kind of like a way to get your mind to go through the motions without actually experiencing the truly negative, horrible. Then there's just the idea of catharsis, which is just,  you get to like, get it out of you and do the thing and have the emotion.
