The ability to communicate has been obviously enhanced massively over the last 20 years what is the impact that that's had on mission command do you think in practice overcome on with a commander cam look right down into what well in theory whatever he soldiers doing I don't think that's and that's a practicality but there are so many reports in various books written by other observers of people observing. The emphasis on mission command as taught has went away during that period from digitalization trust mutual understanding to discipline the duty to fulfill the mission and those things were there before we had mission command perhaps implicitly.
