What Is the King's Plan for a Civil War?

A group of radical m ps put forward what they call a grand remonstrance. The king accuses them of treason and sends orders for their arrest. But Parliament refuses the order, right says the king has no authority to punish members of parliament. And instead, they warn these six accused mps, who flee and evade arrestk. Once word of this gets out from westminster to the rest of the country, it sends the signal that people really have to take sides - civil war may be approaching.
