How to Heal From an Infidelity
If you continue to nurture your relationship and feel really connected in a safe way of boost serotonin and oxytocin. So that when that dopamine opportunity presents itself, you're not craving it because you're feeling so good. I think there's a lot of different data that says that maybe only 25% of people like stay together after an infidelity. It doesn't mean that everything has changed for the worse. It just means everything has changed. We're going to figure out what it looks like from here on out.
