How to Predict Future Behavior Using Surveys
If you want to predict future behavior, the best thing to do is put people through some sort of experience and see what they actually do. For me, i find that if you want really objective information, factual information and scale, surveys are a good tool. So it's like you want to have all these different research tools in your quiver. But you've also got to do them well. And every single one of those methods that i just mentioned, most people do pretty badly. Because all of those methods fight against ar cognitive biacese.
