How to Mimic Fasting and Autophagy

A tablespoon of olive oil is about 130 calories. So three of those is about 400, which is the recommended best fat. Now we also then can eat our veggies. We put the olive oil just on the veggies, right afterwards, don't cook with it. And so you can bake your, bake your veggies. You can do them raw as a salad, whatever you like. It's a very easy way to mimic fasting. Here's the thing though, it's still not true fasting. But there is a point for some people where you want to truly fast.
