Hem sokashov: Why can't we have a competition among the iits and other institutes like that every year, a yearly competation. He says if pakistan is so corrupt, then why can't we buy them and get it fragmented? Pakistan is corrupt. The politicians are corrupt. Even the generals are corrupt. But they will not allow the nation to be fragmented, because then it will make them irrelevant. Maybe in ten years, we may be somewhere on the scene, on the global scene, when it comes to quantem computing. But we ne to do that. India has to get more powerful.
