The Meaning of Manchester City
meaning is all about creating that core purpose and why for what you do. Manchester City have bought in poets to write a poem for the club. They've got a language and imagery around the changing rooms which is around trying to create a consistent sense of meaning within the team. The England rugby team under Stuart Lancaster were quite ahead of their time with letters given to players who represent England, he says. It comes back to trying to help those star players try to help them align themselves with the group at Manchester City.
