A lot of countries in the global south are pretty accustomed to these grand declarations not really materializing. And it might actually be what china needs. So yes, there's all sorts of potentially positive paos here. But again, i think e critical thing is, what if theyre turned properly to the partner ries and thought, you know, were led by them in what they wanted and needed?
