How to Communicate From the Inside Out

A marketing message from apple might sound like this, we make great computers. It's not a very compelling sales pitch but that's how most companies sell to us. Apple doesn't simply reverse the order of information. Their message starts with wy a purpose, cause or belief that has nothing to do with what they do. The design and user inter face of apple products are not enough in themselves to generate such astounding loyalty among their customers. Those important elements help make the cause tangible and rational. Simply copying what apple does or how it does it won't work. There is something more, something hard to describe and near impossible to copy which gives apple such a disproportionate level of influence in the market
