The Gravity of the Situation

He followed her daily. He bribed people to find out where she was. He would interrupt her kids activities to try to get pictures. One day he jumped out and surprised John Jr. on a bike ride. And that's when Jackie said, I've had enough. You're getting too close to my kids. She had the Secret Service grab him and he was arrested. So what did he do? He sued Jackie. His case was that, his point was that he was protected by the First Amendment to photograph her in public. Ultimately, she did win and he was required to remain 25 feet away from her. Years later in the 80s, he was still at it again.
