What Is the Job of the Advisor in Life Insurance?

On the life insurance side, what types of products do you see most frequently as being negligently sold? Segregated funds and universal life, particularly on annual renewable term. They are suitable for some people, but they're often sold because they're the only product the advisor has on his shelf if they're only licensed. So that's an area where I hope there'll be some class action work in that area.
