What Are You Bringing In?
The first thing we tell people when they're finding the fiht community is to get a check up every year. You need to figure out, hey, what am i bringing in? What's my income? Are my expenses? And then on the balance sheet side, that's you no fancy account and speak for just basely, what do i own? What are my assets and what do i owe? What areMy liabilities? Then you figure out,Hey, what am I actually worth? Right?You take what you own,you subtract out what you owe, and hopefully, ideal world, you come out with a positive number.
