How to Compile SDK, Minestk and Target SDK for Android

On the Android side, we have source compatibility and target compatibility. Then there's compile SDK, which is another setting for your Android application or library. And depending on which ones you set, you're going to have access to features of the JDK that will be there in that Android SDK version. So when you say your minutes decay, configuration in the APK, that is telling at install time, it's going to check the minutes decay against the version of Android that you're trying to install on.
