The Two Pizza Team and the Future of Microservices

The Stosum model that I talk about in my book really came from Amazon. And it's the idea of you have a single team that owns a service top to bottom, front to back everything having to do with how that service works. Most of the teams within Amazon were in the six to eight people or 10 people range. They usually were split into smaller teams and then the service is divided between them.
