The Pros and Cons of Corporate Gentrification in the Bay Area

I feel like certain companies try a little harder to uplift the community around them. The city that I currently live in, it's kind of close to one of those cities. And meta will constantly throw like community events in our neighborhood park. They're like free beer only if you show your employee badge. It really does do something funny to like the house prices and like the values and stuff.
