We Have the Laws. We Need More Money

Violent crime over all was increasing when the assault weapons began. I think the number of deaths in those cases, the the volume of people that get killed, the reticence of people to intercede. This is the answer no one wants. We have the laws. We need more money. But if you areto that that is going to help, mental health is going to have to be the focus there.
