What Opium Leadership Did Wrong Before and During the Ciber Breach
The congressional report on the breach had many suggestions for improvement, and i don't disagree with any of them. Everything opium leadership did wrong before the breach and during can be boiled down to the atomic fact that they weren't thinking in terms of cibre security first principles. The same precipitating event that caused the creation of the first modern day security operation centers, the morris worm, also caused the need to build incident response teams.
