The Nightlife Spots in New York City

I'm a home body. I'd much rather spend my friday nights curled up on the couch with my cat, a puzzle and a glass of wine, than going out to a bar or a club. My best friend has the opposite once. She's the kind of person who books a spontaneous one way flight to another country and has a fling with the celebrity while she's there. That's a true story. So when she came to visit me in my new city across the country, i let her choose the night life spots that we went to since i'm new to the area as well. We ended up at one of the most pop night clubs in the city.
